PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture for stabilizing the ground, capable of improving strength and capable of reducing viscosity.;SOLUTION: This cement admixture for stabilizing the ground contains alkali metal carbonate salts and a phosphate salt. Further, water or organic acids are preferably added to the cement admixture. A cement composition contains an aqueous solution of the cement admixture for stabilizing the ground and cement. Cement milk contains the cement composition and water. A work method for stabilizing the ground comprises subjecting the ground to high- pressure injection with the cement milk and mixing the milk with the soil so as to harden the ground.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
