PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden sound-insulating and sound-absorbing wall being capable of being adopted in a road, a railway, indoor and outdoor sections or the like, having a high sound-insulating and sound-absorbing effect and being gentle to environment.;SOLUTION: In the wooden sound-insulating and sound-absorbing wall having a assemble-column structure in which a large number of wall materials 3 with holes in which the holes 2 bored towards the radial direction of a wooden-wall raw material are arranged under an aligned state are superposed while the holes 2 of the wall materials with the holes are disposed on the fixed sound source side, a sound is insulated and absorbed by using the holes 2 and the woody properties of the wall raw material.
