PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-device operation control system and an inter-device operation control method that can apply control of operating also other device by the operation of only one device among a plurality of devices without the need for beforehand setting to each device.;SOLUTION: The inter-device operation control system comprises a plurality of devices and each device comprises: a user operation section 151 that accepts an operation by a user; a master/slave notice section 153 that informs a master/ slave setting section 155 of each device about a signal of instructing its own device to be a master and the other devices to be slave devices when the user operation section 151 is operated; and the master/slave setting section 155 that sets its own device to be the master device or the slave device depending on contents of the signal notified from the master/slave setting section 155. When an operation relating to the operation of the slave devices is made to the user operation section 151 or the like of the master device while the master device is in a state of awaiting the operation, the master device controls the operation of the slave devices through a communication section 157.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
