REPLACEMENT MATERIAL FOR WASHING PIPING PART, PIPING PART WASHING METHOD, AND PUMP PRESSURE FEEDING METHOD OF MONOLITHIC REFRACTORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacement material for washing a piping part capable of preventing troubles such as hardening, closing and the like of the monolithic refractory in the piping part after pouring work by the pump pressure feeding, or after wet spraying work, and to provide a piping part washing method using the replacement material, and a pump pressure feeding method of the monolithic refractory.;SOLUTION: This replacement material for washing the piping part prepared by mixing and kneading a powdered material compound, of which the granularity is adjusted, with the water, does not include a binder which is hardened or solidified at a temperature zone of 100°C or less, and has a tap flow value of 140 mm or more after being left as it is for 24 hours after the kneading. This replacement material is pressure fed by a pump after the pump pressure feeding work of the monolithic refractory, to be replaced for the monolithic refractory remaining in the piping and a hose, and then the piping and the hose are washed by the water, or left as they are after the replacement, so that the monolithic refractory is continuously pressure fed in the next work.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
