PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power source controlling method and a vehicle power source controlling device capable of discriminating the deterioration in a secondary battery accurately and easily. A calculating part 32 calculates the internal resistance of the vehicle power source 5 using the results of the measurements, and corrects the calculated resistance by capacity and temperature.
