PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic made crown type holder for a ball bearing which realizes drastic extension of bearing longevity by preventing grease leakage to the outside of a bearing from the anti-pocket side. PSOLUTION: This plastic made crown type holder for the ball bearing is furnished with the pocket 12 to rotatably hold a plurality of balls 60 on its inner surface by opening one side of it on a circumference of one side surface of a ring body 11. Additionally, a recessed part 15 having a vertical wall 18 is formed by opening it to the inner peripheral surface side of the anti-pocket side of the ring body 11. This recessed part 15 is furnished with a pair of side walls 16 on a side part in the circumferential direction of the ring body 11 and furnished with a bottom wall 17 on its bottom part.
