PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera that uses a processor to compensate a perspective distortion. SOLUTION: On the occurrence of a perspective distortion in an image 102 because of photographing an object 101 gazed up from a lower position, a processing is applied to the image with the distortion to magnify the image at a magnification changed with position so as to obtain an image 103 from which the perspective distortion is eliminated.
