SERVER IN STOCKHOLDER INFORMATION SYSTEM AND STOCKHOLDER INFORMATION TRANSMITTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server in a stockholder information system capable of minimizing communication labor to a stockholder from an enterprise.;SOLUTION: The enterprise registers stockholder data on a new stockholder in a database 1a, and distributes an IC card 5 and a card reader-writer 4 to the new stockholder. An identification number of the new stockholder is previously written in this card 5. The stockholder makes access to the server 1 of the enterprise by a personal computer 3. The server 1 receives this access, and transmits an authentication image screen to the personal computer 3. The personal computer 3 drives the card reader-writer 4, and reads out an authentication number from the IC card 5, and transmits the number to the server 1. The server 1 recognizes the transmitted identification number, and reads out stockholder information stored in the database 1a in response to the identification number, and transmits the information to the personal computer 3.
