PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance control system for controlling insurance capable of coping with the needs caused by an environmental change in a contractor.;SOLUTION: A reserve fund control part 200 controls a main contract reserve fund, and has the function for calculating a reserve fund amount used for executing the respective functions in a main processing part 30. A special premium control part 300 has the function for controlling a special premium paid from a reserve fund of a main contract. A paid premium control part 400 has the function for controlling a premium paid from the contractor. A drawing-out money control part 500 has the function for controlling drawing-out money partially drawn out of the reserve found of the main contract. A guarantee adjusting part 600 has the function for adjusting a transfer amount at contract content changing time.
