PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fluctuation of wavefront of a deflection modulator output light and to improve focusing performance of a laser beam after an objective lens in an optical disk master exposing and recording device using the deflection modulator.;SOLUTION: By a structure in which a pinhole 105 for beam forming is arranged in front of the deflection modulator 107, the fluctuation of the wavefront of the laser beam accumulated before being inputted to the deflection modulator 107 is dissolved, the fluctuation of the wavefront of the deflection modulator output light is reduced and the focusing performance of the laser beam after the objective lens is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
