PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fuel-enclosed regenerating fuel cell and its construction which are different from a conventional fuel cell, to which fuel is fed from the outside. PSOLUTION: A hydrogen electrode and an oxygen electrode are separately enclosed respectively in waterproof manner, and active materials and an electrode flux are both sealed and retained within the both electrodes. The active materials serving as the fuel are regenerated, by circulating electrons applying a rectifying action of a P-N junction diode, based on a principle of an electric double-layer formation caused by a chemical reaction of the active materials with an electrolytic solution.
