PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Japanese-style living room structure functional and easily constructed with excellent safety. ;SOLUTION: In this Japanese-style living room structure, a riser 2 formed by sticking a decorative plate 22 to a backing wood 21 is arranged and fixed on a floor board 10 of a living room so as to be L-shaped from the top view. A Japanese-style living room corner part is thereby partitioned at one corner of the living room 1. The Japanese-style living room corner part is provided with height-adjustable steel posts 3; and a steel sleeper 4 is provided being supported on the steel posts 3. A backing plate 6 is laid on the steel sleeper 4 through joist members 5. A rush mat 7 is provided on the backing plate 6, and a frame member 8 is provided to surround the rush mat 7 in a position on the riser 2 at the peripheral edge of the Japanese-style living room corner part 1a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
