PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan preparing method and its production plan preparing device or the like capable of realizing a continuous production plan satisfying a supply and demand balance including even small orders while aiming at yield improvement of a superordinate process. PSOLUTION: A production plan up to the superordinate process is prepared by sequentially tracking back an order group from a final process through processes to be carried out (S12), and a production plan of a manufacture lot of the superordinate process is prepared on the basis of a whole of an acquired order group and an assortment constraint (S13). A production plan of the manufacture lot of the superordinate process is prepared on the basis of a nearest undertaken portion of the acquired order group and a detailed assortment constraint (S14). Pieces of prepared processing end time information of the manufacture lot of the superordinate process are connected on one time base while temporally adjusting them (S15 to S17). A production plan down to the final process is formed by sequentially going down the processes to be carried out on the basis of the connected pieces of processing end time information (S18).
