PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system or the like capable of correctly and rapidly calculating a lease charge.;SOLUTION: A server computer 1 is provided with: an intermediate value calculation tool 13 for calculating a part calculable in advance within the calculation of the lease charge and including complicated exponential calculation or the like by a personnel terminal 4; an intermediate value database 26 for recording the intermediate value obtained from the calculation; a monthly lease charge calculation tool 14 for calculating the lease charge from set data and the intermediated value read from the database 26 when the calculation of the lease charge is instructed from a user terminal 3 by setting a lease item, a lease condition and the like.
