PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting and correcting the inclination of a penetration shaft, capable of detecting the inclination of the rotary shaft of a twin-screw type soil improvement machine in the front and back direction using simple equipment and a relatively inexpensive means and capable of easily correcting the inclination of the rotary shaft.;SOLUTION: In a construction method for conducting improvement of the ground using the twin-screw type soil improvement machine, having a lower guide 3 for guiding a pair of shafts 2 and 2 and carrying out penetration or pul-out of a pair of the shafts 2 and 2 with respect to the ground; the inclination of the shafts 2 and 2 generated in a ground penetration process of the shafts 2 and 2 is detected and corrected; the inclination of the shafts underground is grasped as the movement of the lower guide 3 in the front and back direction, and this movement is detected by a pressure sensor 10, and subsequently, the rotary direction of a pair of the shafts 2 and 2 is converted to correct the inclination of the shafts 2 and 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
