PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forward feeding punching die and a forward feeding punching device capable of forming a high quality punched hole.;SOLUTION: In a forward feeding punching die 30, a punched hole 22 is formed with a insulating film 20 intermittently fed forward to a plurality of areas arranged from the upstream side to the downstream side in the carrying direction. In the upper die plate 33, a positioning pin 35 is inserted in the area 80 on the downstream side of the area 70 to position the insulating film 20 is provided to the punched hole 23 formed on the insulating film 20 in the area 70 on the upstream side. A stripper plate 32 is provided with a positioning pin insertion hole 37 into which the positioning pin 35 is inserted, and with a recess 81 having an opening communicated to the opening on the lower die plate 31 side of the positioning pin insertion hole 37 and made larger than the communicated opening.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
