PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method in which declaration forms of the newest version can be obtained by accessing a single homepage regardless of kinds of electronic declarations or accepting organizations, in which the declarations can be sent by simple operation on the screen, and in which declaration data can be stored on behalf of users.;SOLUTION: This system comprises a Web server 50 to manage and provide the homepage in which the users 61-63 of electronic declarations can browse or select necessary information to obtain the electronic declaration forms or browse records in the past, a data base server 10 to store and manage declarations from the users, personal information of the users, the newest forms of the declarations, and information of the declaration accepting organizations, and an application server 30 to search and extract necessary information from the data base server to be delivered to the Web server in accordance with requests from the users, and classify the declarations and personal information sent from the users to be stored in the data base server.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
