PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior heat-insulating tile, an exterior heat-insulating tile unit, its manufacturing method, and an exterior heat-insulating structure and an exterior heat-insulating construction method capable of preventing the flaking of the tile as much as possible.;SOLUTION: The exterior heat-insulating tile 10 is constituted of a tile body 12 in which a recessed part 18 is formed in a back surface, a heat-insulating material 14 integrally provided for the back surface of the tile body 12, and an anchor member 16 mounted integrally to the back surface of the heat- insulating material 14. The heat-insulating material 14 is provided in such a way as to be interlocked with and mechanically jointed to the recessed part 18 of the tile body 12. The anchor member 16 is anchored to mortar 6 which is applied to the surface of a building frame 8.
