PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stroboscopic device provided with a dimming circuit by which the occurrence of over-exposure is prevented even for a short distance by regulating the temperature characteristics of a thyristor within a proper range.;SOLUTION: In the stroboscopic device provided with an automatic dimming circuit in which a photodetector receives reflected stroboscopic light obtained by emitting stroboscopic light and reflecting by an object, and the thyristor is actuated when the light quantity of the reflected stroboscopic light reaches a specified quantity so as to stop stroboscopic light emission, the temperature characteristics of the thyristor or the like is corrected by serially connecting a thermistor and a capacitor with the photodetector of the automatic dimming circuit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
