PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating a pet owner's voice reproducing system, in which the pet is managed by utilizing the system. SOLUTION: In this method for operating the pet owner's voice reproducing system for reproducing the pet owner's voice, the pet owner's voice reproducing system is composed of an owner's voice transmitter 100 for transmitting the owner's voice and a pet terminal 20 for reproducing the owner's voice, so that the owner's voice information transmitter 100 relates information on owner's voice output time with the owner's voice and stores the information on the both in a memory. Further, the method conducts: (a) a step in which the owner's voice transmitter 100 specifies the owner's voice output time based on the information on the owner's voice output time; (b) a step in which the owner's voice transmitter 100 transmits the owner's voice related with the information on the owner's voice output time to the pet terminal 20 at the specified owner's voice output time; and a step (c) in which the pet terminal 20 receives the owner's voice from the owner's voice transmitter 100 and reproduces the owner's voice.
