The picture 6 or illustration 7 displays a photograph (image) strong in local color of a sightseeing spot (scenic spots and places of historical interest), famous or unique construction or festival with sharp colors or displays an image such as mark, character, tree, flower or bird of a local government (municipalities), great man or celebrity from the relevant region for improving the knowledge of the relevant region and developing love of the hometown (love for home province).
