PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real-estate item management system which provides information on a matching user for a dealer by retrieving it by comparing desired article conditions that the user registers with provided item conditions of the dealer. SOLUTION: The desired item conditions of the user 1 are registered, updated, or deleted by a user registration managing means 2 and stored in a user information database 4 and the dealer 6 while registering or updating the provided item conditions by a dealer registration managing means 7 retrieves and compares the desired item conditions of the user meeting the provided item conditions and extracts the desired item conditions satisfying a specific conditional expression from the user information database 4. Then the dealer 6 stores specific information regarding itself and the provided item conditions in a dealer information database 9.
