PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate digital stream contents to be distributed through a network from an input stream signal such as a video signal and an audio signal through easy operation. ;SOLUTION: Each time a 'NEW' button is clicked on at a scene change point o f video, etc., a new moving picture file is generated and moving picture data from the point of time to the next click of the 'NEW' button are stored in the moving picture file. Speaker names and slide file names of respective scenes are obtained from a specially prepared file and recorded in a management file while related to corresponding moving picture file names and time codes.
