PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow direct time-resolved measurement for a spectrum, and to allow the highly precise time-resolved measurement of the spectrum.;SOLUTION: This diffracted-ray separating device is provided with a first slit plate 18 for transmitting light including an optical property of an observed objective sample, a first condenser lens 18 (a first convergence optical system) for converging the light transmitted through the first slit plate 18, and an acoustoptic element 19 for photoreceiving the light converged by the first condenser lens 18 and for diffracting the photoreceived light when an ultrasonic wave is generated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
