PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method making it possible to easily and quickly perform an objective and reliable application process based on job evaluation. SOLUTION: The method includes an applicant ID accepting procedure s302 for accepting an applicant's ID from an applicant's computer; an applicant's ID authentication procedure s303 for authenticating the accepted applicant's ID either by making authentication in a database or by requesting an issuing/ certificate authority to certify the ID and acquiring the resu a request event accepting procedure s305 for accepting the request event of the application; an information searching procedure s306 for searching job evaluation information and the applicant's individual information in the database with the applicant's ID used as a key; a confirmation screen transmitting procedure s308 for creating request confirmation screen data including the job evaluation information and the applicant's individual information, and transmitting the data to the applicant' s computer; and application output procedures s312 and s312' for transmitting the data contained in the screen to a printer or to the applicant's computer when the event of confirming the request to the screen is accepted.
