PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the obstacles to ball games on the paved ground surface layer by keeping the impact resilience of the ball in the piping positions for feeding water to the paved surface at an equal level to those at the other position. ;SOLUTION: Artificial lawn 6 made by flocking a number of short-cut piles on the water-permeating substrate is laid on the paving material made of draining asphalt and the space between the piles are filled with sand whereby the wet pavement of sand-including artificial lawn is given wherein the water- supply structure comprises the water-supplying pipe 3 arranged in the grooves 2 formed in the parts of the draining asphalt-paved part, the water-transmitting sheet material 4 that is arranged so that it may cover the inner walls of the groove 2 and extended continuously to the lower side face of the artificial lawn, an asphalt mixture 1a that is back-filled into the groove 2 so that the top end of the water-transmitting asphalt pavement in the groove 2 may become the same height, and the protecting sheet 5 that is applied so as to cover the upper face of the groove part 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
