t is disclosed herein a roof panel for use in public transportation means, where the roof panel (1) extends on quite all over the length of the roof of the transport means. The roof panel (1) is composed of one-piece body made from electrically-insulated material, and is provided with configurations, cavities and through openings serving for various functions. This construction contributes substantially to the reduction of the assembly expense, and improves the climatic conditions in the interior of the transport means.
