The invention refers to biotechnology, in particular to the nutrient medium for cultivation of the Aspergillus flavus VKM F 3292 D fungi strain - producer of extracellular hydrolytic enzymes and may be used in microbiological, food, ether-bearing and pharmaceutical industries.Summary of the invention consists in that there are proposed 3 variants of nutrient media for cultivation of the Aspergillus flavus VKM F 3292 D fungi strain, containing vine, beet-chips, molasses, MgSO4, NaNO3, FeSO4 · 7H2O and tap water.Novelty of the invention consists in that in the capacity of growth stimulators the media additionally contain the co-ordinative compounds: Zn(D-Ser)2, Zn(D-Ala)2, Zn(L-Ala)2.The result of the invention consists in increasing the biosynthesis of β-glycosidases and xylanases.
