The device for mounting the splint hinges in the orthopedic appliances comprises two mirror symmetric clamping mechanisms for external and internal knee hinges, respectively. The clamping mechanisms are designed as the jaws with the clamps mounted onto the guide. The jaws possess the openings of the varying diameter intended for fastening the splints of different types and the rectangular grooves with the movable overlays for fastening the hinges. The guide contains the attached rod with the rest. The marker is employed for marking the reference points on the positive of the orthopedic appliance.
