METHOD FOR PROCESSING SULFUR-ALKALINE SEWAGE WATERS AND INSTALLATION FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

This invention relates to chemical industry, in particular to processing of sulfur-alkaline sewage waters of oil-processing enterprises. The method for processing sulfur-alkaline sewage waters includes neutralization of sewage waters by acid with separation and topping with inert gas volatile sulfur-containing and other compounds. As acid one uses sulphuric acid or its water solution, and neutralization is implemented in two steps, at temperature not higher than 70oC. the sewage waters obtained after neutralization undergo extraction by organic solvent, with separation of water layer with sodium sulphate, and organic layer, this includes naphthenic acids. The water layer including sodium sulphate is neutralized by alkali, and than it is dried to obtain crystalline sodium sulphate. The organic layer with naphthenic acids undergoes re-extraction by alkali with separation of water layer with sodium naphthenates and oprganic layer, this is returned to re-extraction stage. The water layer including sodium naphthenates is re-circulated to the stage of re-extraction with sodium naphtenates discharge from the re-circulation cycle. The installation for processing sulphur-acid sewage waters includes connected to each other in sequence two reactors and extractor, two collectors, three pumps. Additionally it includes neutralizer, drier and re-extractor. This invention provides possibility of implementation of internal-drainage processing of sulphur-alkaline sewage waters to purpose products suitable for realization.
