The invention refers to the procedure for obtaining cyclodextrine by means of cyclodextrine glucanotransferase (EC 2.4. 1. 19) that is produced extra cellular by new alcalofile bacteria Bacillus Circulans B-65. Cyclodextrine glucano transferase from B circulans B-65. Cyclodextrine glucano transferase from B circulans B-65 is characterized by high degree of conversion of starch into cyclodextrines and it is specific for the establishment of ß-cyclodextrine.
