The waxing emulsion for harvested fruit, based on colophony comprises colophony glyceride ester, and a synthetic or natural wax applied immediately prior to administration of the emulsion. Also claimed is a process making the emulsion. CLAIMED PROCESS - The process employs E-445 4-60, fatty acid 2-12, alkali 0.01-8m anube 2-8 and water 12-92 parts by weight respectively.
