An intermediary zone connects the end zones of an elastic bone fixing housing. The end zones are provided with an opening to fix edge of the bone segment and a stopper to limit descending of the bone segment in the opening. A transversely-elastic intermediary portion regulates the width of interstice between skull and the bone segment, during cutting operation.
