Fabrication of ceramic fired parts comprises forming of a 1.00-1.95 g per cm3 paste from clay, fireclay, varnish, fluxes, inorganic matter and water. Molding in a flexible mold not absorbing water is followed by stripping and firing in a conventional kiln.
