The invention concerns an agenda watch (1) comprising, in a case (3) closed with a glass (4), an electronic timekeeping circuit and/or clock movement powered by a power source, a dial (8) whereon time is displayed in digital and/or analog form. A microprocessor unit of the watch is programmed to select, by means of touch-sensitive sensors (C1 to C7), different agenda consulting menus and different data editing menus to be stored, using sets of characters, for modifying or suppressing data. The different menus and agenda data are displayed on liquid crystal displays (5, 6) fixed on the dial (8). Short distance radiofrequency transmission and/or reception means are connected to the microprocessor unit to communicate through an antenna (2) agenda data with a peripheral unit, such as a station computer and/or an electronic watch.
