Disclosed is an acoustic system for searching Internet broadcasting wiredly or wirelessly, or directly accessing the Internet broadcasting station server to be received the Internet broadcasting, and a method of receiving the Internet broadcasting using the same. The acoustic system capable of receiving the Internet broadcasting, including an Internet access unit for wiredly or wirelessly accessing the Internet network to keep the Internet access status, a key manipulation unit having a plurality of manipulation keys necessary to control the access to the Internet network, reception of the Internet broadcasting, etc., and a display unit for displaying Internet access screen, input screen of the manipulation keys, information on the Internet broadcasting, and the like thereon, the acoustic system comprising: a broadcasting data conversion unit for converting broadcasting stream packet data of the Internet broadcasting received from the Internet access unit into broadcasting data of the audio frequency range; an output unit for outputting the converted broadcasting data of the audio frequency range to a speaker or an external output terminal; a memory unit for storing an operating system (OS) for driving the acoustic system and various software for processing the received broadcasting data; and a control unit for controlling the OS for driving the acoustic system and the software necessary for processing the received broadcasting stream packet data, and the flow of the broadcasting data.
