A method to decrease wind-wave load for water-surface fixation-site platform and related platform, before reaching the critical wind-wave situation, the platform has the total buoyancy and overall rigidity which is necessary for operation, so it has normal operation capability; but if the environment is above the critical situation, the platform ceases to work, and gives up the normal operation capability. The platform or the main body of the platform gets into a specific safe state so as to reduce the damage of wind-eave load to the structure and mooring system of the platform, which can ensure the platform's survival and relieve its weight. One example of this invention is a submerged-for-antiwave platform structure, comprising a device for changing the buoyancy much, it can have a depth control device and partly no-submerged structure. The other example of this invention is a multi-module platform structure, which can change its overall rigidity, the module can be connected by the connection with changeable freedom.
