Human neural stem cells originated from human amniotic mesenchymal cell layer

摘要

Neural stem cells which can be provided stably and which are free from the problem of compatibility in transplantation are disclosed. The neural stem cells are separated from human amniotic mesenchymal cell layer and express nestin and musashi-1 which are markers of neural stem cells.
