FRP BOAT AND A BUILDING METHOD OF FRP BOAT BUILT WITHOUT MOLD

PURPOSE: A method for building the body of an FRP(Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) ship without a mold and a body of an FRP ship are provided to improve reliability of the combination of sashes and FRP layers, to improve work efficiency by building a body without a mold, and to flexibly cope with the change of a design. CONSTITUTION: A method for building the body of an FRP ship without mold comprises the steps of building a frame by using sashes(6,10) of various shapes, forming a ship forming frame by attaching a forming panel(25) in the space formed by sashes and applying a release agent(27) onto the surface of the forming panel, firstly layering FRP onto the outer surface of the outer ship form, removing the forming panel after the FRP is hardened, secondly layering FPR onto the inner surface of the FRP, thirdly layering FRP onto the outer surface of the FRP, and combining a lower reinforcing sash to the bottom of the ship.
