PURPOSE: A system for offering and seeking a job for a foreign worker is provided to offer a customized service for an employment condition to employ the foreign worker through various channels by collecting and arranging the information data of job seekers at a server. CONSTITUTION: A foreign worker job offering/job seeking service provider provides the service through various channels such as a direct interview, visiting, the Internet, a telephone, a facsimile, an e-mal, a post mail and a SMS(Short Message Service) by receiving a request from a user(201). The job seeker inputs the information such as a nation, a gender, an age, a school career, a career, a desired category, a desired time and period, a desired location, a desired pay and desired board and lodging through the Internet or various channels and the inputted information is stored in a job seeker database(242). The employer inputs the information such as a company form, a category, a desired school career, a work time and period, a work location, a pay and the desired board and lodging through the Internet or various channels and the inputted information is stored in an employer database(241).
