PURPOSE: A mounting structure of an emergency hammer for crushing a window in a vehicle is provided to prevent a passenger from being injured by the edge of the hammer in a sudden stop or crash. CONSTITUTION: A hammer(100) is composed of a hammer space unit(110), a hammer head(120) formed at the upper side of the hammer space unit, a hook inserting hole(130) stopping the hammer head, and a holder spacing unit(150) formed in a hammer arm(140). A hook(200) is inserted into the hook inserting hole, and fixes the hammer. An actuator(300) moves the hook, and releases the fixed hammer. A holder(400) is supported by a second spring(151), and prevents the hammer head from backing into a first spring(121). A third spring(141) is installed between the hammer arm and the hammer mounting position.
