PURPOSE: Provided are a capacity estimation method, a degradation estimation method and a degradation estimation apparatus for the lithium-ion cell, and the lithium-ion battery. CONSTITUTION: In the first capacity estimation method for a Li-ion cell, an elapsed time from the time when charge voltage in constant current charge reaches a predetermined voltage to the time when charge condition is changed to a constant voltage mode is used for calculating an estimated capacity of the Li-ion cell. In the second capacity estimation method, a charge current after a lapse of a predetermined time from the time when charge condition is changed to a constant voltage mode is used. In the third capacity estimation method, an elapsed time from the time when charge condition is changed to a constant voltage mode to the time when charge current becomes alpha (0 alpha 1) times is used.
