PURPOSE: Provided are a manufacturing method of bean-sprouts using green-tea powder and green-tea's bean-sprouts manufactured thereby. The green-tea's bean-sprouts has high quality and extended storage. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bean-sprouts is characterized by adding 0.5-2 part by weight of green tea powder and 30 part by weight of purified water to 100 part by weight of beans and maturing the mixture thereof at 18-20 deg.C for 24 hours; adding 400 part by weight of purified water thereto and leaving the beans at 18-20 deg.C for 4 days; and germinating the beans at 20 deg.C.
