PURPOSE: A remote health management service method is provided to enable a user to make a real time medical consultation with a medical expert via an internet call center, and to search for desired information over a web site. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A user tries to access the internet call center via a PC or a remote medical terminal, and inputs an ID and a password(S100, S102). If the user is not a member, he or she subscribes for the service as a member according to a set process(S130). If the user does not want to be a member, a service system offers a free service menu(S122), and allows the user to access a shopping mall(S112). If the user is a member, the service system updates a health record according to the user request(S104, S106). The user selectively receives each medical information service, a medical consultation service or a shopping mall service(S108, S110, S112).
