PURPOSE: A work chucking device of a chip inductor coil winding machine is provided to control the clamping force according to a winding process and a welding process by improving a clamping structure of a chuck. CONSTITUTION: A work chucking device of a chip inductor coil winding machine includes a chuck base(10), a fixing member(20), and a moving member(30). The fixing member(20) is adhered on the chuck base(10). The moving member(30) is installed at a side of the fixing member(20) in order to be rotated around a hinge(31). A spring(71) is inserted between the fixing member(20) and the moving member(30) in order to apply the clamping force to a grip portion(32) for clamping a work(50). The work chucking device further includes a stopper(70) and a chuck open pin(80). The stopper(70) is inserted into a hole(34) of the moving member(30). The chuck open pin(80) is used for controlling the chucking force of the moving member(30).
