PURPOSE: An online cartoon and cell animation educating system is provided to offer an education service on a cartoon or cell animation to a user over an online network. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A user accesses a cartoon and cell animation service site over an online network. The user subscribes for the service site as a member. The user requests a checking method of each education step and lecturer. After checking each education step and lecturer, the user receives a corresponding education service. After the education is finished, the user receives the next step education service. The service site also offers a Q/A and a FAQ database for each educations step. So the user can refer to the Q/A and a FAQ database while the user is receiving the education. The service site sets a level to each user according to a quality of a cartoon or an animation work, and manages each user according to the set level.
