PURPOSE: A restaurant operating method, exclusively for the Chinese, is provided to offer the Korean foods preferred by the Chinese so that it can induce the Chinese tourists. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A dining and cooking space is arranged. Cooking equipments or tools are installed at the cooking space, and tables and chairs are installed at the dining space. A menu of Korean foods preferred by the Chinese is prepared. A signboard is fixed on a wall of a restaurant building. The restaurant can be operated on a basis of a chained nationwide business.
