PURPOSE: Provided is a chemical additive composition for concrete, which prevents the durability deterioration caused by freezing and melting of the concrete, and maintains the workability of concrete. CONSTITUTION: The additive composition for concrete comprises: 0.1-8 parts by weight of an isobutylolate, 0.1-8 parts by weight of an emulsifier, 1-1000 parts by weight of a dispersing agent and water in the amount of 0.1-2000 times of the total weight of the isobutylolate, the emulsifier and the dispersing agent. In particular, the emulsifier is selected from the group consisting of a glycerin fatty acid ester, a polyglycerin fatty acid ester, an ethoxylated sorbitan fatty acid ester, an ethoxylated alkylamine and a mixture thereof. The additive composition optionally comprises an air entraining agent such as sodium lauryl sulfate.
