摘要

PURPOSE: A dendritic cell pulsing allogeneic tumor-associated antigen(TAA), a preparation method thereof and a vaccine composition for treating cancer containing the same are provided, thereby stably treating the tumor cell without adverse side effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a dendritic cell pulsing allogeneic tumor-associated antigen(TAA) comprises the steps of: (1) isolating a monocyte from peripheral blood; (2) isolating CD14+ from the monocyte; (3) adding GM-CSF and IL-4 into the isolated CD14+ and culturing the monocyte to differentiate to an unmatured dendritic cell; and (4) pulsing allogeneic tumor-associated antigen(TAA) to the unmatured dendritic cell and adding TNF-alpha and CD40L into the unmatured dendritic cell to differentiate to a matured dendritic cell.
