PURPOSE: A composition for stimulating the estrogen secretion and regenerating female reproductive tissue cells is provided to effectively stimulate the estrogen secretion in female without side-effects. CONSTITUTION: The composition for stimulating the estrogen secretion and regenerating female reproductive tissue cells comprises a pharmaceutically effective amount of at least one extract selected from the extract of Platycodon grandiflorum and the extract of Cynanchum wilfordii; and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, wherein the extract of Dipsacus asper WALL. may be optionally added into the composition; and the Platycodon grandiflorum and Cynanchum wilfordii extracts are prepared by independently treating Platycodon grandiflorum and Cynanchum wilfordii with hot water and independently ultra-filtrating the hot water extracts of Platycodon grandiflorum and Cynanchum wilfordii using the ultra-filtration membrane having the molecular weight cut off of 50,000 to 100,000.
